A: If you meet the
qualifications of an employment opportunity we are currently
working on , we will call you to schedule an interview.
Q: What
types of positions do you work on ?
A: We primarily work with
experienced Information Technology professionals. These
include developers, DBA's, IT Managers, Technical Writers,
WAN Infrastructure Architects, Network Engineers, Desktop
Support and Help Desk.
Q: How
does your recruiting process work ?
A: When we get a new job
opening we work with our existing employees for referrals,
contact candidates we have already interviewed or
worked with in the past, and review all resumes submitted
for that job posting. If you match the qualifications
we will schedule an interview.
Q: How
will I know who you send my resume to ?
A: We will not
submit your resume without your permission ! In the event
that the client wants us to conduct a confidential search,
we will provide you with enough information for your to
determine if you want your resume submitted. All employment
inquiries remain confidential.
Q: Do
you sponsor H1-B candidates ?
A: We only work with
candidates legally allowed to work in the US without
sponsorship.
Q: Do
you have any entry-level IT positions ?
A: We rarely work on
entry-level positions. All positions we work with generally
require a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant IT experience.
