Permanent: A full-time permanent (Direct Hire) employment opportunity with our client

Contract: You will be a temporary employee (W-2) of IT Staffing working at our client's site. We rarely work on short-term projects, most of our contract assignments are expected to last 6 months unless noted otherwise. While a significant percentage of our contract jobs eventually turn into permanent positions, there is never a guarantee on the term of employment.

Temp-to-Perm (also known as Contract-to-Hire):This position will start off as a contract, however, the client expects to hire the candidate as a permanent employee but wants to ensure they have the right person for the position. You will be a temporary employee of IT Staffing until the client makes you an offer of employment and you accept.
