Credit Union Service Rep
This is a direct hire position, onsite in Sugar Land. You will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union.
Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services.
Open accounts for members, solve member issues and professionally handle the member’s daily needs.
Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a professional manner.
Provide credit union services in accordance with credit union procedures.
Maintaining all member information in a secure manner is a must.
Respond to member requests, concerns and questions as they are presented including email, phone calls, walk-ins, member relationship software, call center tickets, etc. in a professional and timely manner.
• Minimum 2 years of similar or related experience
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• This position interacts with the public; must be detail-oriented, service-oriented and friendly.
