HR Onboarding Specialist

HR Onboarding Specialist

This is a 6+ month contract assignment. The position is primarily remote, however, only local candidates will be considered.
Provides HR administrative support for a variety of high-volume hiring
Coordinates background checks, drug screens and license verifications, to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Responsible for ongoing credential verification throughout employment
Manage priorities, maintains confidentiality, and multitasks while working in high volume and high stress environment
Obtains and maintains a working knowledge of electronic HR system to perform all functions of job including data entry, maintenance, and reports
Escalate as appropriate any exceptions to established policies and procedures to leader according to department protocols
Communicate with candidates, team members, leaders, and onboarding partner organizations to ensure all aspects of the process are successfully completed and any delays are known, shared, and planned

Skills:
2+ years of onboarding experience is required
Prior experience scheduling and managing Drug Tests, Reference & Background checks, and Education Verification
