Intranet Administrator

This is a 1+ year contract position. In this role you will be responsible for developing and communicating content strategy across the organization. If you have strong internal communication skills with a good knowledge of technology this could be your next engagement. You will be responsible for the on-going support of client’s new intranet portal within MS SharePoint and the migration of remaining content from their legacy portal. You will collaborate with the editors from various departments to create and maintain a quality intranet experience. Some duties within this position are as follows:

Lead the strategy and development for new SharePoint department sites that are accessible by over 8,000 internal users
Maintain a close understanding of the business issues, operating procedures and priorities of Office365 and related tools
Work with internal customers to gather site requirements, build and maintain technical documentation, and maintain continuous oversight of design and content
Train departmental leaders to publish content updates including text, images, and document on SharePoint with the use of other Office365 tools, as needed

Required skills:
Microsoft SharePoint expert and works on the SharePoint platform
3+ years of experience in a SharePoint Administrator role
2+ years of experience creating workflows and/or forms within SharePoint
2+ leveraging SP Designer, InfoPath, and/or Power Automate
Proactive and independent, with strong collaboration skills and an eye for detail Strong organizational skills with proven experience working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Working knowledge of HTML, Microsoft Word (including Track Changes), and Microsoft Excel Exposure to digital design, content strategy, and information architecture principles
Proficient with and able to support SharePoint Online and O365
Healthcare industry experience
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Power App
