Microsoft 365 Architect

This is a full-time Direct Hire position in the Energy Corridor.

Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day management of Microsoft Office 365 tenant and associated productivity workloads such as Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Stream, and Yammer
• Administer, maintain, and develop applications and automations using the Power Platform
• Implement and maintain SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 farms hosted in a Microsoft Azure environment
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Search (Enterprise Search) infrastructure with a focus on indexing of content hosted in external information systems
• Monitor and manage Azure resource health and costs associated with Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 environments
• Monitor and manage Office 365 Platform using Azure resources
• Define and implement roll-out plans for features released within the Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Establish and manage Office 365 champion networks associated with workloads such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and Yammer
• Author documentation, reports, papers, articles, patents, and presentations for purposes of training and knowledge sharing purposes
• Ability to follow the general development practices and techniques when putting automation solutions in-place
• Review, mentor, and coach, while defining and promoting usage of standards, best practices and lessons learned
• Maintain familiarity with emerging technologies. Works with end users, product analysts, and developers to understand features and technical implementations.

Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in science or engineering with software experience or education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft collaboration platform technology
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 tenant administration
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 workload implementation and administration – Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Stream, and Yammer
• Minimum 7 years’ Experience with SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 implementation and administration
• Experience with Microsoft Search (Formally Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint search) administration
• Experience with agile software development practices, specifically the Scrum Agile paradigm
• Familiarity with 3rd-party SharePoint tools such as AvePoint Administrator for SharePoint & Office 365
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with PowerApps and Flow development practices
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Azure Platform
• Understanding of security concepts such as identity management, https certification, identity federation
• Familiarity with strategies to drive platform adoption within an organization
• Minimum 5 years’ .NET Development/DEVOps experience
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as: PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
