Supply Chain Administrator

This is a contract position with a global company with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support to various groups in the Supply Chain organization. You will review and analyze catalog updates for accuracy, ensure data quality, and be accountable for the accuracy of information.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to local buyers and supply chain manager.
• Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing specific Supply Chain documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence.
• Create, keep track, and manage all things related to shopping carts.
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to continuously reduce wasted time, money and resources.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing and supplier issues as requested.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Supply Chain support experience.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to create routine reports and correspondence when asked.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups or employees in the organization.
• Basic Microsoft skills required, intermediate preferred.
